I got an error message and wasn't able to download,, it says "The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect." Has anyone else had trouble? Is it an issue with my device?

edit: I looked on reddit and turns out it’s a windows thing? Like when a folder is named with characters like ? or ! (someone correct me if im wrong im a mac user unfortunately LMAO)
Hi! I’m on windows so that could be part of the issue. Specifically, it’s a Lenovo. If other windows users haven’t had problems then it’s probably my own device, although I haven’t had trouble like this before.
