I don't think it's a bug (I did a check, but let me know if the following doesn't work)

Kean is a romantic, so make sure to avoid casual options otherwise the top/bottom scenes are locked out - he should be wearing his shoes and slowly undress, if he's missing his shoes, or undresses quickly, he sees you as a hookup.

So yes the scene works when i choose the right options in the browser, but choosing the same options in the downloaded version gets me the handjob scene

The only thing i can think of is if the game sees me having the side pride achievement and thinks i chose the route

Hmm, alright, I'll have a bit more of a play and see if it's somehow saving the side achievement - ah yes, logic error - I'll have it fixed for 1.13, which i hope to have out soon :)
