Why are you unable to clear it? Was it too hard, or are you getting an error?
This stage in particular stumps a lot of people, they seem to think it is broken. So I moved it to stage 20 as a sign of it being difficult. I can tell you that there is a soloution to it, and once you know it it's not that bad.
