yeah! that’s the idea at least, it’s why speed ends up his best stat (you can use bullets on him to restore his blood+, there’s a sidequest in heisenburg that gives you a bunch of them for free after you finish it)
so it's canon that shan is mostly off blood+ and paying the price for it?
