I can't seem to progress further in the quest "The First Spark" after talking to the guy in front of the Pokémon center by the entrance of Mt. Moon Tunnel. Anytime I go back to see if I missed something, he just says, "I'm just gonna stay out here. Rather not tangle with the crazy lady."
