The story was super meta and I really loved it, although the tower concept was really stretched, I was so sad when I knew what was going to happen, I felt so powerless... Really good writing.
Also really loved all the music, sounds and the animation at the start.
I would like to point something out, at times it was a bit hard to kill only the bad people, because they started to overlap a bit when many of them spawned at the same time. I think you could solve this by giving kill priority to bad guys. Another thing, in the village level you introduce the good guy and the bully and that is good design, but in the level with the animals you didn't do that, so I killed some cats and dogs by mistake, later realizing what I had done.
