This isn't a helpful bug report - what do you mean by "kinda stop being able to save?" Please describe the issue in detail and the next time it returns, provide your Player.log - you can find that atC:/Users/(username)/AppData/LocalLow/Anunnaki Games/New Pred in Town/. The file does contain your username so if privacy is a concern you should run a find/replace first.

So I posted the link to the notes but it seems it happens after the second half of the boss stage on endless mode. Specifically Madeline seems to break it consistently

Again, I can't help you if I don't get a clear bug report. What does "break it" mean in this context? I don't see an error in the log file you linked.

im not sure if this helps explain it but I lose the ability to save and every time I open my techniques it's just this. It ruins the whole save because once this happens once it will happen again everytime
