You did a great job of exploring the full potential of this kind of texture in your different sections and buildups. However, it sounds more like a sci fi track than a Minecraft one. I would suggest slowing down the tempo and replacing some synths with real instrument samples like marimba - it could be cool to hear that mixed with the synthetic elements coming in and out.
