If you don't have the "rpg maker vx ace rtp" installed you will have to download it (preferably) or download the rtp file from the downloads.

You only have to download the game and play.
3 (with rtp installed)
To apply a patch you only have to extract the patch and move the files to the game folder and replace all the files.

In the future it would be cool if you have the RTP file already updated & add to the game download so people can just download & play for a least barrier to play.
