I'm pretty sure the vinyl is bugged at the moment you use it for one of charlies scenes but it stays stuck in your inventory even after you used it. as for the code you need the uv light to look on the walls where you can find the numbers good luck finding the third one cause even I don't know where it is

one is in the back right room of the 4 in the area before the alley, one is on the wall of the main stage, and one is right next to the safe itself problem I'm having is that I heard two clicks when going to the numbers the first time unlocking the safe but the third never clicked and it didn't open, now there's no clicks at all and despite knowing the numbers I can't open the safe
