Im trying to find a tutorial or guide for this in the discord but I'm unsuccessful. Does it matters if I drink different things? If I eat cheap food will I get sick? How do I activate the cheats
there is no guide in this game. You can look for cheat codes on various sites that discuss this game, for example: Reddit. The way to activate the cheat code is to just press the player info bar in the top left corner, then paste the code at there.
