I don't care about deadlines, I just want communication if something is going to take longer.
Development is a fluid process, not rigidly set in stone.
If something is harder to do but you have a limited time to do it you will end up taking it out of yourselves or cutting corners in other areas to get it done.
Better to stay flexible and keep your backers informed in my opinion.
Keep up the good work and take care of yourselves.

This^  as long as i can see that theres progress no matter how slow thats all that matters, so many games these days just go silent and i have no idea if theyre even dead because of the lack of communication. heck even if its just a post that says "work has been slow but we're stuck at this part of the development" thats a LOT better than giving us nothing.
