You probably already picked up a box. You only can hold 1 box of Sugar Krinkles at a time.
You can switch held items with Q or with the mouse scroll wheel. Also don’t forget to pay the cashier :)

Okay it turns out I was just glitched because I couldn't move and I somehow didn't notice the box of cereal in my hands the first time but its ok this time it worked, and it was a Kool game 😊
