Well shao kahn is not functionnal at all as a playable character atm but I guess it would be a cool easter egg so I might do it (not guaranteeing anything though)
cause its the only one I found with good format online (which mostly means as a spritesheet which is mandatory for itch.io file number limit requirement), and I like the vibe of it even though I understand why most people would find the arcade sprites prettier.
