ah sorry, I mean like what method did you use to make the pictures of the characters to appear on screen? was it the default 'show picture' command without any plugins? I ask because the way you have it set up is so hecking good looking, the way the guy fades out when he's not talking is great and your images look so high quality and not blurry at all. I tend to struggle a lot with proper sizing and little details like the fade outs.
