The Perks I think work well for her background are Harmless because she's a queen she probably isn't an amazing fighter without a weapon, head start because queens walk in heels a lot I assume, no way out and well equipped because she's a very important prisoner, all this while playing as a rogue because again your playing as a queen who doesn't want to be discovered.
