Very slim.
I'm having a hard time figuring out a way to add it that would make sense gameplay wise.
I have taken some inspiration from the sims and they can have kids. The only problem is that the game pretty much has a fixed end date. After a while the demon queen has taken over the world so there is no infinite game mode.
There is a maid in the development plan, but that will be sometimes next year. So maybe as an alternate happy ending when winning.
TLDR:
Probably not, if it does happen it will be way of in the future. As in more than 6 months away or more.
