Something I see a lot of people do is to just keep updated versions clearly distinguished from the original game jam version. I think just rebranding the page to reflect the new game but maintaining the old links and files will do the most to maintain your game's visibility while acknowledging the  development that's occurred since its roots! Here's one example that comes to mind: 

Lookit me talking about file preservation and not even attaching my image files correctly, shucks!
