The game is not meant to have a finale, if that is what you mean by complete product. It is supposed to be an endless routine of newer and newer escapades. Planned additions include a Sunday routine outside, and new characters to meet in those locations, timeless events like the sporadic concert, holiday, day-trip, and such, and finally some alternate every day routines, but we are talking years for that to be the case.
The game can be played with just the latest version. The audio files are not necessary to play the game, they are some particularly popular scenes that got ported into scripts for voice actresses to perform. At the moment, the audio series is suspended, but the support from backers is going back up after the Patreon ban, so I am hopeful they will become viable soon.
