Fun fact: a big enough donger would kill whoever had it before even using it. It would take a body with a higher total blood to not sap too much from vitals when hard, more robust veins to prevent hypertension bleeds, veracies, etc etc from the higher blood pressure and the massive, or wildly fast/efficient heart and lungs to keep it all oxygenated and pumping.
