Well there is Demons Roots and the one that came before it Kings exit are ones that come to mind. DR is a game with a great story and an amazing job by the translators. KE is good too but the publisher for that uses rubbish machine translation it was so bad the dev removed it there is an unofficial AI translation that is much better and the dev is currently working on a better official translation in addition to his new project.
Both are commercial content and are very heavy on R*** and trauma but you can skip the scenes and stay for the story.
