Hi, I tried to follow the install instructions for Mac , but I got an error. I even tried to open the NWJS terminal icon.

By instructions, do you mean the MacOS FAQ? If so, I guess there's nothing I can do to help. RPG Maker can be picky with newer Mac platforms.
