We've learned that some phone models cannot run the game, as that's the only explanation. The moment when the game crashes it isn't actually running any script, so unfortunately it isn't something we are able to fix ourselves. Another possibility is that those who are having that issue, their phones may have automatically downloaded it to a folder that the game cannot access for permissions and it just closes.

can a phone holder they all have the same script it's just you who didn't know how to do it whether it's Samsung calls etc the game crashes automatically after 5 minutes of opening it's as if your script was only formed for tablets and can a phone holder the game if it is displayed as a game and that it has no download problem it's that it simply lacks scripts for the game to work or something like that otherwise it will be transformed into an untraceable or uninstallable file on mine well developed to detect a kind of "virus" which can be dangerous I had it installed like the same launched and then crash that's enough information for you so figure it out so that it works it's your job so don't come complaining
I honestly cannot parse together what you are trying to say. We have thousands of downloads and know that it works on the vast majority of Android devices. We have looked into it, and probably will in the future but it is currently not the priority right now as we do not have the information needed to fix this. I'm honestly not sure where I was complaining :)
It works on most androids. We know this. It isn't an issue that occurs frequently and we are unable to collect the information necessary to fix the issue.
We both have androids and it works on both of our phones, everyone we know who has androids have downloaded the game and it works for them as well. We cannot continue working on this issue right now.
There are only two of us and we have a game to make for everyone. We will return to this issue when we can, of course we would like everyone to be able to play the game.
