yes, im on mac, i just tried the instructions and tried the instructions to bypass the quarantine service several times and it still doesn't work
Okay, thank you for that, and sorry for all the trouble! I'm afraid there's not much we can do. Macs can be really finicky with this kind of thing, which is frustrating because we did pay for the apple dev stuff, go through the signing process, etc. etc.
The steps under the Install instructions is all we have for this situation at the moment, but I'll try and look for more solutions on Google.
