I think you need to play fullscreen, otherwise the edges of the screen will be cut off (including the arrow unfortunately)

Hi! I'm the dev, I would first try fullscreen first (apologies, still figuring that one out), blue icon in bottom right of game window. if that doesn't work, it may be a resolution scaling issue. Can I ask the resolution of your monitor?
