I have just released 3.5.2.2 on the beta branch;
It has:
- press P for screenshot to user folder
- a screenshot is taken upon death too
- you can spend skillpoints for Ch'i for a 3:1 ratio
I intend to add the remapping of the keyboard with time, but this is an older project so it's harder to work with.

Great idea(s)! I'll see about using that exact tech, and for achievements.. They are yet to be here.
But I have deployed a very early version with online highscores (in the beta branch) and a mostly non functional remap thing. That's coming soon hopefully!
The achievement idea is also good, I'll see if I can embrace the project you have linked but I've enjoyed rolling my own too.
