Thanks for the heads up. I had no idea about that. I was just looking into the Oppaiman store, as they offer subscription models for supporters too, and they're completely adult game focussed, so I'll probably set up something with them if I can.
If the child doesn't born in game I think is ok (patreon) but if they born will be a problem. It happened with the Corrupted Kingdoms creator.
