question - are these only for stream/content creator use? I think these would make for some good UI elements for an HSR themed game, would it be allowed to use them for said purpose?
Yes, you can use these assets for UI elements also. Actually I got inspired from Honkai Star Rail game ui and created this asset pack with that feel, so my asset can be used for both stream and UI purpose.
