So just to clarify. There'll be 2 colours - dark space blue and say a white/black for the other colour?
You're looking at background planets, space stations, space junk and stuff like that?

I'm a little confused though - do you want a whole static background in 840x484 like say a nebula and stars?
Do you also want other sprites and objects? I assume you're also asking for smaller objects and spites? Possibly animated.
