This was only supposed to be a one shot, so we haven't exactly finalized how this will continue as the decision to do so came pretty late during development, but when we return to this with an extension, I'm pretty certain this isn't going to be that much of a romance, and the kuudere probably won't play the kind of role you are hoping for. The "femdom" aspect is pretty integral to this as the premise for the female characters meeting the male main character.

The project we are currently working on is going to have a non-harem romance, so you might like that. However the setting isn't normal, so that might be distracting for you if you just want a feel good story. 

We do have a normal romance story written up and there is a tomboy involved (no kuudere though), but it's somewhat low on our priority list. If you want to scratch your itch for a romance story, there's a great AVN called Cosy Cafe that I think you would really like. It's also free to play. One of the Japanese characters is a cat girl that is basically a kuudere. No tomboys AFAIK though. The dev who does that is very active as I think he does it full time, so there is a lot of content.
