I see a futanari tag and I'm curious before I explore into the game. Where does that tag apply? Is it on the character customization (i.e main player), the NPC characters, or someplace else?

You can make all your characters a futanari, it apply on all scenes
We are in the making of futanari for the "men" in all scenes too, I would say half of them are done
