This was cool, and I could definitely see it being used in schools to teach interesting things!
Pros:
I learned a lot, and I already knew quite a bit. The part about the fish was fascinating and the part with the fast fashion was sobering.
It was an engaging story and I really did want to see what would happen.
It was beautiful. The alien's design and particularly the eyes were a really neat concept and I thought that was cool.
The music was incredible.
It told you some of the less known things, like fridge positioning, or some of the tags.
Cons are only that it doesn't take into account certain things.
Poverty (Like with the clothes) or lack of autonomy. (I'm not going to be able to convince my family to carpool or compost or go to a store that holds better food.)
The uber rich can create 1,000,000X the carbon emissions of a very low income person.
As a disabled person, mental energy is at a premium, and a lot of the things I 'should' do, I just can't. A lot of 'green certifications' for example have ridiculous standards, but sorting through them is too draining.
Overall this was a beautiful novel filled with amazing music and a solid, (if a bit too streamlined) message. I don't feel like I can make a difference, but I feel like I can do my part better, thanks to this.
It's a good game, and should definitely be taught to young kids. Submit it (I'd take out the relationships just to skip a headache, but that's your call) and watch the world take notice of this. <3
(PS, I hope my message came across okay. Sometimes it's hard to tell when I'm writing, but you have all the respect!)
