well i kinda got the same thing with baldi's giant school where it got to a point where i could barely build anything without a GIIANT delay. this is the reason i have had to redo it a lot.
Turn off lighting preview and it will stop.
bruh i dont even put lighting in my floors and it STILL lags
I know, it happened when removing chunks.
