UE5 is pretty demanding, try disabling lumen, use low settings and updating your GPU drivers.
Since I have not yet collected data from players about their performance and computer specs, the minimum requirements are not known. I would venture to guess that for a good quality/fps ratio, you need at least 16gb ram and a GTX1070 graphics card or higher...
