In addition to my previous comment I found a few more things I'm note sure are intended:
- If you get damaged and reset (Spikes, people or blades) the hearts don't reset
- If you get damaged and reset, you can rewind time and be teleported back to where you were
- When collecting a heart in the rotating collections, the remaining elements are arranged differently
- This is especially annoying when a spike ball is teleported to where you just collected the heart, resetting yo
- While rewinding time you cannot be hurt by moving elements
