is this somewhat simple to run over a VTT like foundry or does it hack the system too comprehensively to really be viable?
ECB is quite different than Blades in the Dark, but if Foundry can run Brindlewood Bay then it can probably run ECB too. Not really sure though, since I've never really played on VTTs. Sorry I can't be more help!
