Are you referring to changing poses or positions during the scene?
In future updates, I plan to add a variety of situational scenes!

I mean more like the ability to turn on different styles of sexual content. For example, you could add foot fetish content to the game as another suggested. But you could also add the ability to turn off "Feet content" in the options. Same many other fetishes that people want in the game, all of them can be toggled on or off
