The idea is that she wants them to be honest and loyal to her, not in general. It is precisely because she knows that many of them cheat that she demands loyalty from them.
Sure, and that makes some sense. Except people do have personality traits. If they're willing to cheat on their partners, they're a lot more likely to be willing to cheat on Jade if the circumstances warrant.
I get it's fantasy and all - and the fantasy is that Jade keeps them satisfied where their previous partners (mostly) weren't. And within that fantasy, they aren't going to wind up cheating on her. But still - if you want partners who won't cheat on you, you don't start with people who you know are willing to cheat in general.
