Even if it is AI generated it is still stealing the style. I don't know if there are any legal issues but in terms of looks it is a 100% Dark Cookie's style. You can say it was inspired or is a tribute, but bottom line is you still need permission from the source.
Yeah, that's my point, it's a cheap production that is using AI to steal Dark Cookie's art and regurgitate it into a shitty knockoff that uses the recognizability of their work to pull in suckers who don't know any better.
