This game reminds me so much of "Little Nightmares". It's a good call back to it at least. I think if the controls for the side scrolling were a little more complete then you would be stickier to your environment like in those games which is crucial when your viewpoint is limited. I loved your 3d hall widening effect at the beginning, like the camera lens is widening!
