Dunno if this is a troll question, but here are some rules of thumb for jam submissions:
- Give credit where it's due
- If your game will be open source, make sure that the assets are the type the creators are probably okay with having released to the public for free
- Meaning NO paid assets
- If there's a license, make sure to go through it carefully
- If you're still unsure, contact the creators
- No M-rated content
- Limit yourself to T
- Limit your team size to 5 people
- Too many chefs ruins the dish
- No AI-generated content
- Follow the TOS of whatever platforms are involved with your project
- For example... if you'll release the game on Itch, follow the Itch TOS. If your game's in a Github repo, follow the Github TOS
