It's a tough situation, but I think maybe a simple fix like Deep Inside: Steam Edition would work, though I also like Faelels suggestion of "Deep Inside: A Dark Wish" seems like a good compromise between the old title and the current one.
Thank you for the suggestions ZeddyBear! I'm undecided on the Steam Edition just because while I'm planning to revamp some things, it won't be different from the version here on steam... should I make extra content to call it Steam Edition properly?
I don't think so, I've seen other rpgmaker games release the same as the itchio version on steam and still be "the steam edition", imo the main thing that makes it the steam edition is the fact its on steam.
