If youre in Act 1, she really isnt present much until you have messed with Emma. Her and Jessica are kinda connected appearance wise it seems for act 1
I'd been trying, but she was never there. Finally got her to respond, but it seems rude to have to knock on her door at midnight to ask to hang out. At that time I just kept going to bed.
You might be able to post about it as a bug in the Discord(since that is where Arc is most likely to see it) and see If it can be fixed where she isn't a night owl XD
