This one here its called "The Glitter", and why the glitter?
Well of course, its because she is a monster! But not like a monster girl, but more like a normal monster. Or at least she wass suposed to be.
After a traumatic injury to the head while battling for territory with another monster girl, her brain changed, it unlocked the ability to be social! And with that she gained a bit of inteligence,and started going out of her turf! There she became friends with Vámpira and micka! They insisted on her using clothes, after all, if it wasnt fot them, she would have gone to town like this!
Normal Glitter's dont have a name, nor eye scars nor red hair, her eye scar and red hair where all caused by her battle's and injury to the head, that soaked her hair in blood, but she then decided to call herself glit with her new found inteligence and social abilities.
