The trigger is rather buggy this patch, I noticed.
For me, I just exit and re-entered the kitchen as much as possible until the scene to tell anna triggers.

Assuming you meant 1.4A, now that, I don't know, lol. I haven't played that version yet. In fact, thanks for reminding me of the new version fam! Gotta enjoy some more of this goodness myself, lol
