You all did make sure your tax interview is up to date and still valid, I hope. One time someone made a big fuss about payout, it turned out, there was such a reason. I deduce by this that there is no big or no error message about this when doing the request, because the person managed to not notice this.
Other than that, payouts are human reviewed, so it is prone to anything that would make staff have more work and less time. Like holidays or many people being sick.
And of course there can be all sorts of other clerical barriers ... that Itch unfortunately does not tell you in a timely or automatic manner. Or so it seems.
