FOR ANYONE ON WINDOWS, if the game is stuck on the "made with unity" screen, go to "RockHardCafe_Data" and delete the plugins folder.
this worked for me, and hopefully this is a solution for anyone that can't run the game!

Honestly just trying to find a game I could play without my pc saying the game could put my pc at risk or says probably don't trust this.
