No exclusive content from what i know. Supporters just get to play the latest update earlier then the public. Plus the supporters also get to try and provide feedback of the build before its released to public.
I've been a supporter on it for 2 years and not even once have i seen any sort of exclusive content being given to supporters there, and the teir list rewards has not mentioned any yet either. So i'm very positive.
