There should be save points in more branching path locations, rather than just when you choose one of the three girls. Being unable to save in the section that can split a route is really annoying.
That's a problem I have as well, especially with random events. Like Cici for example, right when you first meet her you have the option of either feeding her meet dishes or going for vore, which is a HUGE difference. Would have really wanted the option to make that choice a bit later.
