For anyone who can't play it the instructions say:
"You may need Visual Studio to run this game.
Just unzip it and go to \PoisonBlackJack.zip\PoisonBlackJack\PoisonBlackJack\bin\Debug\net6.0
There you will find something called PoisonBlackJack.exe
Open it and you can play"
